    As always you have such great information. I know that the tyrosine and tryptophan made a huge difference for me, as did eliminating the gluten! Amazing how eating a little gluten will just make me really cranky! Too often I think we are looking for some pill or some quick fix and we are just ignoring that our food can be our medicine – with no side effects!
