I love your website and I have learned so much. I am on the waiting list to become an actual patient. I learned on your website about taking Seriphos 1-3 hours before a cortisol spike. I’ve been setting an alarm for 1 am and taking 4 Seriphos along with St. john’s Wort and GABA. I’m sleeping for the first time in years! My question: is it okay to combine these supplements? is it okay to take them long term? Thank you Trudy!

Wonderful – thanks for sharing! I have many clients combine these supplements. Ideally we want to address why the cortisol is high so they are not needed long term.

Apologies for the delay in your comment approval and my response. We had a computer glitch where a large number of comments were hidden from view in a spam folder. It mostly affected new folks who were commenting for the first time but it’s hopefully resolved now.
