  • Trudy does educational group workshops and teleseminars for the public on a range of topics and is available to lecture at your business, organization, club, support group, school or church.  As well as being educational and informative, her workshops are also interesting and practical.

  • Any workshop can be customized for the nutritional needs of your audience. 
  • These typically run for 50 minutes, with about 10 minutes for questions and answers.
  • Any workshop can also be done as a teleseminar (i.e. over the phone). Teleseminars allow anyone and everyone to attend – and they are recorded, so even if you cannot attend in person, you’ll receive a copy of the recording.

4-Week “Everywoman Detox” – May [THE LAST SPRING DETOX OF 2010]

This is a wonderful group detox program that runs for 4 weeks and has three meetings. It is a gentle detox and you’ll find you have more energy, feel more focused, get relief from allergies and aches/pains, have clearer skin, improved mood and sleep, less cravings, see improved digestion and probably even lose some weight!
You will complete a Health Assessment and Toxicity Questionnaire. You will also have access to an online forum so you can ask questions, share how you’re feeling with your detox buddies, and celebrate breakthroughs. Men are welcome too.

Monday May 3: 1.5 hour workshop on the importance of detoxing and the details of this detox program. There’ll be time for Q&A, product ordering and sampling of your detox smoothie. You’ll go home and start on week 1 of the detox (making some food changes and starting on the detox supplements

“The Incredible Spring Detox Experience”
