If you quit you may need to address the reasons you are tired: burned out adrenals, low thyroid or anemia<br \/>\n(2)\u00a0 <strong>Sugar \u2013 depletes us of key nutrients<\/strong> that help with anxiety (zinc, magnesium and chromium) and fills us up so we don\u2019t eat healthy food. It also leads to a <strong>roller-coaster of mood swings<\/strong> because it affects blood sugar. It\u2019s <strong>very addicting and willpower may not be enough<\/strong> \u2013 and the amino acids help so much<br \/>\n(3)\u00a0 Gluten \u2013 which is found in wheat, rye, barley, teff, kamut, spelt and oats. Affects <strong>digestion and causes \u201cbrain allergies\u201d leading to mood problems, including anxiety and depression<\/strong>. Grass-fed red meat has good levels of omega-3s, zinc, B vitamins and iron.
