Serves 4<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2 tablespoons coconut flour<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00bd cup unsweetened shredded coconut<br \/>\n<\/em><em>1 teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n<\/em><em>1 teaspoon onion powder<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00bd teaspoon fine sea salt<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00bd teaspoon ground black pepper<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00be cup full-fat coconut milk<br \/>\n<\/em><em>1 \u00bd tablespoons coconut aminos<br \/>\n<\/em><em>1 pound wild-caught shrimp<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Instructions:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em> Heat oven to 400\u00b0F. In a shallow bowl, whisk together coconut flour, shredded coconut,\u00a0<\/em><em>garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>In another shallow bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and coconut aminos.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> Dip each shrimp into the liquid mixture, and then into the dry mixture to coat. Arrange in\u00a0<\/em><em>a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. For extra\u00a0<\/em><em>crispiness, remove the pan and set the oven to broil. Broil the shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Some of the other recipes I\u2019m really looking forward to trying are the creamy zucchini-basil soup, the herbed roast chicken, the world\u2019s best Asian flank steak, the rosemary sea-salt crackers (made with cassava flour), the spinach artichoke dip (I\u2019ll replace the spinach with low-oxalate dino kale), raspberry cheesecake bites (I&#8217;ll make it with blueberries instead of high-oxalate raspberries), and the apple crisp.\u00a0 There are so many delicious recipes!<\/p>\n<p>There is no perfect eating plan for everyone and Amy has created this eating plan and recipes to cater for the majority of those with an autoimmune condition. I really appreciate that recipes are marked as being autoimmune-friendly, thyroid-friendly, suitable for candida and SIBO, and low histamine.\u00a0 However, if you do have oxalate issues you will need to adjust some of the recipes.
