You\u2019ll love this book!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And another question after the talk: \u201cI do get <strong>anxious<\/strong>, but I really love my coffee. Do I <strong>really have to give up coffee<\/strong> or can I drink <strong>decaf<\/strong>?\u201d<br \/>\nMy answer: \u201cThis is a great question too, and one I get a lot. I see so many of my clients <strong>benefit from quitting coffee altogether<\/strong> that I really think it\u2019s worth a try for you. Also, keep in mind that <strong>decaf does contain a small amount of caffeine<\/strong> and a subset of anxious people are just <strong>more sensitive<\/strong> to the effects of caffeine.
