The CDC \/Centers for Disease control says \u201cInsufficient Sleep Is a Public Health Epidemic\u201d According to data from the <a title=\"sleep\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/features\/dssleep\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Health Interview Survey<\/a>, nearly 30% of adults reported an average of ?6 hours of sleep and only 31% of high school students reported getting at least 8 hours of sleep on an average school night.
