It\u2019s been very exciting to find <strong>so many studies supporting natural,   food and nutrient-based solutions for anxiety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The final draft was submitted to my publisher, New Harbinger (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.newharbinger.com\/\">www.newharbinger.com<\/a>) mid-August and now I\u2019m working with my wonderful copy-editor Jasmine Starr. The next part in the process is reviews, endorsements and the foreward.\u00a0 And then I\u2019ll need a good photo of me, the back cover will be done and I\u2019ll approve the final product early in January 2011. Publication date is June 2011 and I\u2019ll keep blogging about my progress and any exciting outcomes along the way.\u00a0 And of course, I\u2019ll let you know about book signings and speaking events.\u00a0 If you have a need or know someone looking for a speaker on this topic, please let me know as I have big plans to get out and speak, and I may just be in your city! You can also sign up here\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antianxietyfoodsolution.com\/\">www.antianxietyfoodsolution.com<\/a> to receive newsletter updates and stay up to date on new research and workshops.<\/p>\n<p>In summary\u2026<strong>what you eat<\/strong> (real whole food and yes, animal protein), <strong>when you eat<\/strong> (controlling blood sugar), <strong>what you don\u2019t put in your mouth<\/strong> (sugar, coffee and foods you\u2019re sensitive to like wheat), <strong>your digestion, your hormones and neurotransmitters<\/strong> \u2013 and more \u2013 can affect how anxious and overwhelmed you feel.
